To ensure products reach customers in the best condition through a careful, convenient process, Inti Books offers the following delivery policy:<\/p>

  • Nationwide doorstep delivery for orders placed through the website, Facebook page, or telephone.<\/li>
  • Book orders will be delivered to the address supplied by the customer through a reputable third-party delivery service such as Viettel Post\u2026<\/li><\/ul>

    Define the responsibilities of traders and logistics service providers for supplying goods documentation during delivery and receipt.<\/strong><\/p>

    Obligations of the carrier<\/strong><\/p>

    • Ensure that the property is transported in full and safely to the agreed destination, within the specified time.<\/li>
    • Deliver the property to the person entitled to receive it.<\/li>
    • Bear the costs associated with transporting the property, unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>
    • Purchase civil liability insurance as required by law.<\/li>
    • Compensate the party hiring the carrier if the carrier loses or damages the property, unless otherwise agreed or provided by law.<\/li><\/ul>

      Rights of the carrier<\/strong><\/p>

      • Verify the authenticity of the property, bill of lading, or other equivalent transport documents.<\/li>
      • Refuse to transport property that does not match the type agreed upon in the contract.<\/li>
      • Require the party hiring the carrier to pay the full shipping charges on time.<\/li>
      • Refuse to transport property prohibited from being traded, or dangerous or toxic property, if the carrier knows or should know of its nature<\/li><\/ul>

        Obligations of the party hiring the carrier<\/strong><\/p>

        • Pay the carrier the full transportation charge within the agreed time and by the agreed method.<\/li>
        • Provide necessary information concerning the goods being transported to ensure their safety.<\/li>
        • Safeguard the property during transportation if agreed. If the party hiring transportation safeguards the property and it is lost or damaged, no compensation is payable.<\/li><\/ul>

          Rights of the party hiring the carrier<\/strong><\/p>

          • Require the carrier to transport the property to the agreed location at the agreed time.<\/li>
          • Personally receive the transported property or designate a third party to receive it.<\/li><\/ul>

            Liability for Damages<\/strong><\/p>

            • The carrier must compensate the party hiring it if the property is lost or damaged.<\/li>
            • The party hiring the carrier must compensate the carrier and third parties for damage caused by dangerous or toxic goods transported without packaging or measures ensuring safety during transport.<\/li>
